ALL SALES ARE FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE.  NO CASH or CREDIT CARD REFUNDS. ONLY STORE CREDIT will be issued.

“JUST IV U” strives to satisfy our customers and to provide high quality merchandise.  Due to the customized hats and accessories, we do not offer exchanges or refunds once purchased.

Pricing

Due to the custom nature of our products, industry trends, and raw material variability, pricing and availability on all items are subject to change or discontinuation at any time and without prior notice.

Refused or Returned Packages

If your order is delivered and refused or returned, a 25% restocking and delivery fee will be charged to your credit card.  (NO EXCEPTIONS!!) No orders will be processed until this matter is completely resolved.Once the issue is resolved, “JUST IV U” will be happy to ship your merchandise to you again.

Lost Merchandise

“JUST IV U” ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY AND NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE EVENT YOUR SHIPMENT IS LOST BEFORE IT IS DELIVERED TO US. We strongly recommend the selection of a carrier that will allow you to track and fully insure your package.

Shipping

FREE SHIPPING FOR HATS ONLY!

PLEASE NOTE: Customer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES for all other merchandise with the exception of hats.

Once your item is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email and inform you of your expected delivery date.  Should no email address be available, we will contact you via telephone.

Orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground or USPS (United States Postal Service) unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Overnight Air, Second Day Air, Three Day Select USPS (United States Postal Service) Express Mail, and FEDEx (FEDERAL EXPRESS) services are also available upon request. Customer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES.

Shipping rates for merchandise are weight-based. Approximate weights will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart at the time your entry is made.

Merchandise Damaged in Shipping

Please READ CAREFULLY and FOLLOW the guidelines as set forth in “JUST IV U” TERMS AND CONDITIONS as ALL items damaged in shipping require a Return Authorization Number. “JUST IV U” will issue a STORE CREDIT ONLY. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING.

If your custom hat is damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately at Customer Service 1 (877) 483-5855 for a valid return authorization number. You must return the damaged and unused merchandise within 24 hours of delivery. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 24 hours from your arrived shipping date confirmation.  All damaged merchandise must have all original tags attached and must still be in original packaging materials.  Any worn merchandise will NOT be eligible for store credit or refund.

"JUST IV U" will gladly exchange or provide store credit for the damaged hats in shipping only! The credit will be valid for up to 1 year from receipt of purchase.  (NO CREDIT CARD or CASH REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED-- NO EXCEPTIONS!!!)
